Hello Church,
I pray this email finds you in the joy of the Lord during this time of uncertainty in our world. God’s protection is all over us as we listen to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Some of us might question what do I do now? This isn't normal! Here is how you bring all thoughts back to spiritual normalcy.
Proverbs 2:6-8, 10
6-All wisdom comes from the Lord, and so do common sense and understanding.
7-God gives helpful advice to everyone who obeys Him and protects all of those who live as they should.
8-God sees that justice is done, and He watches over everyone who is faithful to Him.
10-The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight.
During this time, I have spent a lot of time in my office: I have been asking and seeking as our messages have been encouraging us to do in prayer. As the time of prayer has accumulated into hours and hours, God has been speaking and I have been listening. So, for the next few paragraphs, I will purpose to explain to you what I have heard.
First: What was the main focus of my prayer:
The focus was: Lord, is this something you are doing bringing correction to the church? Or, is this an onslaught of the enemy trying to bring a disruption or destruction of the blessings that have been poured out on your church?
The answer I received: THIS IS AN ATTACK OF THE ENEMY. (Please note that the Holy Spirit is always bringing correction to us because of His amazing love toward us). Proverbs 3:12 says, “For the LORD corrects those He loves, just as a father corrects a child in whom He delights. So I rejoice being corrected from Him.”
At Valley Community Church we were instructed by the Lord to dig deep in Him. We obeyed His mandate toward us. From worship to discipleship to prayer etc. we dug in. We were experiencing amazing results in our church, home, business and so much more. In other words, we have been in obedience to the Leading of the Lord. Isaiah 1:19 says "If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good things of the land.”
We have been eating well in the Lord's promises. Of course, we also have learned to release in totality the 5-fold pulpit offices. (Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher). During the past 8 years, this has manifested in a unique way. Dr. Mila has taught us and given us precise words straight from Heaven. Let me remind you of one given recently:
THE WINDOWS OF HEAVEN ARE NOW OPEN
"The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand"
Deuteronomy 28:11
Pondering and meditating on this scripture coming from a fruitful ministry trip overseas, my spiritual eyes were opened to see a word picture in my spirit. HEAVEN'S WINDOWS ARE NOW OPEN. The Storehouse of His Abundance, the Overflow of His Bounty to send rain in season to bless the work of your hands.
The "season" is an announcement to the sowers who planted seeds in obedience to His Word (Luke 8:11-15). We need to prepare the ground and Heaven's Divine Choreographer will orchestrate the flow, the one who supplies the seed to the sower (2 Corinthians 9:10).
As a Maestro of a symphony, He will command Heaven and earth to participate in the mobilization of these blessings. The ground will yield; the trees will be fruitful; the threshing floor will continue to fill from planting season to harvest, and no scarcity will disrupt the flow!!!!!!!
NOTICE!!!!!!!! No Scarcity will disrupt the flow!!!!!!!!!!!
Mila continues in the Spirit:
As my understanding continued to unfold I heard a familiar voice saying: I WILL NOT WASTE MY WATER ON A SEEDLESS GROUND. (I am adding this not Mila. Church Family: We have been planting seeds in abundance!!!) Expect a Harvest because as soon as the Attack manifested itself it was in the midst of a physical rain. As I have been praying, the Lord has said to me, “I have poured My blessing over your seed you have planted. When the enemy (virus) is removed, the harvest is ripe. Expect a huge abundance in all the seed you planted.” (I will give more about this in a little bit)
Church Family: Doctor Mila then gives us an understanding of what to protect and calls it THE SEEDLESS GROUND. (Notice I give what the Lord said to me in parenthesis.)
Mila then says:
-The seeds on shallow ground of unbelief and left our seeds exposed on the path for the evil birds to snatch. (Notice unbelief; walk in wisdom during this attack but never unbelief. Know the will of the Lord, His word and ask in His will.)
-The seeds on the rocky ground are the seeds covered with offense because of the testing of our faith. (Please do not get involved in vain arguments and become offended. There are those in our world that are following the leading of the Holy Spirit and those that are following the father of fear. Choose not to be offended Mark 6:1-5)
-The seeds that withered because we refuse to be refreshed with the water of His Word morning by morning. (We cannot gather together in this attack. Stay in the word, watch the video message, listen to the podcasts. Get personal with God, remember you don't have to seek for the answer; just ask. When you seek, be intimate with God.)
-The seed without roots are immature seeds; because of the thorns, the weeds of worries and pleasures of the world choked the seed. (Well, I can't gather with my favorite people at church, I can't go to the club and workout, all golf courses are closed, convention canceled and much more. It’s not about me. DID YOU KNOW 10 PEOPLE GOT SAVED OVER LAST WEEK WATCHING THE MESSAGE WE ALL GAVE FROM VCC? Be a blessing so you don't destroy the seed you already planted. No worries, frustrations. The Harvest is ripe, so agree with me the attack is already defeated and God's watering of the seed will explode with blessings we can't even contain. Amen.)
Mila then says:
I saw the seeds covered with "plastic," the rain, water cannot penetrate it. A revelation inside my spirit. That is a Seedless Ground and watering it is a waste. (May I add to what I perceive this means. Religion, a religious spirit that makes the Word of no effect. Mark 7:13 says, "Making the Word of God of none effect through your tradition, which you have handed down. And many such things you do.” Stay the course in the midst of the attack; keep planting and believing.)
Mila now explains so listen very closely:
The plastic covering is "fake faith," "fake truths," or make-believe truths, a counterfeit of faith. We cover those seeds with plastic "cover-up" every time we are offended, discouraged, frustrated with waiting, walking in unbelief, being distracted with worries and pleasures of the world and refusal to be refreshed morning by morning with The Word. The voice instructed my spirit, REMOVE THE PLASTIC COVER-UP, and allow My rain to water the seeds: overdub seeds, the seeds of obedience and sacrifice you planted, out of your need you gave and in obedience you planted.
The seeds of putting the Kingdom of God First, that came with a promise, ...and all these things shall be added unto you (Matthew 6:33).
Start expecting reaping the hundredfold return “...in this life, you will receive... homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children (salvation of your household) and lands...” as you planted seeds for The Gospel and My Sake (Mark 10:29-30).
The reward is in this present age and yes, also persecutions. You believe and have and still are receiving persecution, but how about the hundredfold, and in this life?
HEAVEN'S BANK IS NOW OPEN FOR WITHDRAWAL: This time, not 30%, not 60%. "You will not fail to receive a hundred times as much in this present age."
START WITHDRAWING! THE WINDOWS OF HEAVEN ARE NOW OPEN.
Doctor Mila was so right on and spoke to this very time. This was given to us on February 21st, 2017. We went after this directive of the Lord and now we can expect this Harvest.
Now that the Lord told me this was an attack of the Enemy, now what?
Ephesians 6:10-13
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might
11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles/strategy of the devil
12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places,
13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Beginning of 14: STAND THEREFORE.

In the midst of these seemingly uncertain times, I want to encourage you to continue to stand strong in your faith, upon God’s concrete, extremely certain and powerful Word. God is still on the throne. He is still The Almighty One - still all-knowing, still all-powerful and still in you, yes right there with you now! He has not changed and the covenant in which we stand has not been altered in the least, nor will it ever be.
The devil would love to capitalize upon this current situation to convince you to fear, to get your eyes off of the Truth, regarding not only Who our God is, but who you are in Him. We are not weak worms of the dust, on the contrary, we are children of the Most High God, one with Him. Our birthright is the Word of God, and His Kingdom resides within us now (Luke 17:20).
I want to caution you to watch your words now more than ever. It takes the same amount of energy to speak words of faith as it does words of doubt and uncertainty. Remember what is written in Proverbs 18:21 - “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” The last part of that verse refers to those who understand this God-ordained principle, see the value of it and put it to work in order to reap God’s intended manifestation for His people - just as those who are foolish with their words, ignorant of this principle, will reap what they’ve sown - becoming, in a sense, their own worst enemy.
Fear gives place to the enemy. We need to recognize he has no authority to do anything in this earth except by usurping man’s authority through their thoughts and words. In Genesis 1:26 we see that God gave mankind dominion over all of the earth and He never took it back. Your flesh and blood body is the badge of authority upon this earth.
Not only that, but when you became born-again, He gave you His authority (Luke 10:19-20) and take special note of verse 20 that reveals that the spirits are subject to us. Know this: we’ve got dominion and God’s supernatural, all-powerful authority now - we simply need to know it and begin to walk in it.
You need to know that you know that you know, Satan is a defeated foe. Jesus stripped him completely through the cross (Colossians 2:15). This Scripture is a reference to the Romans parading their defeated enemies through the streets of Rome, stripped, naked, beaten and publicly humiliated. It represents and reveals his complete and total defeat.
I want to encourage you to not allow the mindset of what’s happening around you to take up residence within you. This too shall pass.
There are so many in the world now who are without hope, who do not know our God and are steeped in fear. You can see it in their eyes. But we are the salt of the earth, we are the light in this dark world. Know that you have the favor of God now (Psalm 5:12) so begin to look for opportunities to encourage others with hope. Look for ways to be a blessing and expect God to open doors for you to share the Gospel.
Psalm 46 speaks of the special favor we have with our God - even in the midst of the worst-case events, He still is our refuge and strength, and our trust should always remain in the fact that He is all-powerful. We are His covenant people and He will always make a way where there seems to be no way.
These are exciting times. Times when people are open for hope. They need some Good News. You’ve got the Spirit of God within you. Let the light and the anointing that’s within you begin to flow.
Psalm 46
1 God is our refuge and strength,
A very present help in trouble.
2 Therefore we will not fear,
Even though the earth be removed,
And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
3 Though its waters roar and be troubled,
Though the mountains shake with its swelling. Selah
4 There is a river whose streams shall make glad the city of God,
The holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High.
5 God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved;
God shall help her, just at the break of dawn.
6 The nations raged, the kingdoms were moved;
He uttered His voice, the earth melted.
7 The Lord of hosts is with us;
The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah
8 Come, behold the works of the Lord,
Who has made desolations in the earth.
9 He makes wars cease to the end of the earth;
He breaks the bow and cuts the spear in two;
He burns the chariot in the fire.
10 Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth!
11 The Lord of hosts is with us;
The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah
The last time I checked the earth is still here and the mountains are still in place. But this Psalm is saying, even though the worst-case nightmare situation takes place, we still have a refuge in God and we can always count on Him even if the unthinkable is taking place around us.
Did you notice the river? It’s found within the Holy place, the secret place of His presence. It's the river of His blessing, anointing, and life. Rivers are always fresh, always flourishing, always moving and are symbolic of being eternal - a never-ending abundant supply.
Be still and know that He is God. Be assured, become convinced of who He is and your special relationship with Him. Take time in personal worship, adoring and honoring Him. Then, after a while, get quiet before Him and bask in His presence and allow Him to minister His great grace to you. It’s in this secret place where the greatness of our God is realized, faith is emboldened and the knowing that everything is going to work out just fine becomes a reality within, because we are convinced and know that our God reigns!
